Hotel Reservations - If you make hotel reservations via a third party (Trivago, Hotels.Com, Priceline, Corporate Travel, etc. you will not appear in the IPT Room Block and will be required to pay the $655 supplemental fee. This fee also applies to non-availability and/or not staying in the IPT Room Block/IPT Group Rate.

The purpose of the Property Tax School is to provide a basic, but comprehensive foundation, in the theory and practice of property tax management for businesses, including demonstration of valuation techniques used by property tax professionals. The school is recommended for individuals with less than five years of experience in the field and little or no exposure to appraisal training. Basic property tax principles, concepts, and technical skills are some of the topics covered in the program’s curriculum. There are no prerequisites for this course, and successful completion of a final examination is required.
