Curious about surveys and their correlation to cap rate modeling? Using surveys to develop cap rates has a lot of power! Discover how investment surveys are created and then utilized in the creation of cap rates. Ken Riggs, Vice Chairman of RERC, will be your guide into RERC’s long, ongoing history of survey design and implementation, as well as, the pros and cons of using a survey to create cap rates.
