Every day, on the job, state and local tax professionals are confronted with making decisions that will have consequences in their careers and that will naturally spill over into their personal lives. The panelists will present real life examples of how an awareness of ethical behaviors, as spelled out in IPT's Canon of Ethics, will serve as our navigational compass and enable ethical decision making.

Know the importance of ethical behavior in the tax profession
Know the reasons for ethical behavior in the tax profession
Recognize unethical behaviors as related to IPT’s Code of Ethics

Registration: The cost of the webinar is $50 for members and $75 for individuals who are eligible to join, but do not hold an IPT membership. Individuals must be registered, logged in separately, and answer attendance questions during the session to receive credit for the webinar. Register here. 

Continuing Education: Participants can earn 1.5 CPE credits in Regulatory Ethics. CMIs and CCIPs will receive 1.5 hours Ethics credit toward renewing their designation.
