Supplemental Fee for Anyone not residing in the IPT Room Block (Local Registrant or non-availability): Atlanta area registrants are encouraged to stay at the hotel. The peer interaction that takes place is an essential part of the program as well as the optional study hall night where instructors are available for questions. Should election be made, however, to stay at home or not under the Package Plan in IPT’s block of rooms, there is a supplemental fee of $760.00 to cover some of the overhead costs that are a part of the hotel package. For each local attendee, or attendee outside of the IPT block of rooms, the supplemental fee covers continental breakfast items that are available on the 2nd floor, (Monday-Friday), lunch (Monday-Thursday), Monday night Networking Dinner, refreshment breaks, wireless internet and the daily participant fee charged by the hotel that is applied to audio visual and meeting room space costs.
If you use a 3rd party to make your room reservations (Corporate Travel, Trivago, Hotels.com, etc.) you WILL NOT appear in the IPT room block/IPT group Rate and will then be obligated to pay the $760 supplemental fee. If you are outside of the IPT room block/IPT group rate for any reason, even non availability, you are required to pay the $760 supplemental fee.
