Managing Director Markets and Transactions - For 20 years, Think, LLP has provided high-value tax services to Fortune 500 companies, primarily focused on identifying and monetizing tax credit opportunities developed from investments and personnel growth.  Think has a practice focused on providing Fortune 500 companies with renewable federal tax credit advisory services.  With over $1.7B of anticipated credit transfers there is an opportunity to help clients build a credit portfolio built around the client tax liability, risk tolerance, target yield and other criteria. Must have experience with renewable energy technologies along with the industry specific industry participants. Familiar with industry language and distinctions in types of projects (e.g. utility scale vs. DG). Experience with the type of legal entity structures utilized to facilitate financing and tax equity investor role. Understanding and experience with the Inflation Reduction Act and ability to facilitate direct credit transfers and/or hybrid tax structures with tax equity investor and sale of transferable credit to corporate tax buyers. In the short term, your role will include relationship development and analysis of tax credit alternatives in the marketplace.  You will lead the analysis of alternatives with clients to make informed decisions regarding short term and long-term credit purchase opportunities.  Your role will also include client credit risk management before and during due diligence and development of risk management protocols on an ongoing basis over the term of the TTC potential recapture period.
