Developing discounted cash flow models to compare the benefits and advantages of each site under consideration. Gathering data from state and local communities to support the models. Assist our professionals with creating and executing negotiating strategies on behalf of clients seeking credits and grants for projects within the multi-state region. Preparing and presenting proposals and qualifications for our professionals to share with prospective clients. Preparing and presenting comprehensive reports regarding potential financial incentives when available based on the client's facts. Essential traits: Demonstrated knowledge of site selection methods, processes and analysis as well as the financial incentives (both statutory and discretionary in nature) available in the multi-state region. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within a consulting or real estate firm, economic development agency or a state tax agency. Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to assess operating costs at various locations and manage risks associated with incentive programs. Work closely with our team to craft then deliver tax and incentive recommendations to our clients. Key Qualifications: Ability to work within a hybrid model, requiring travel and in-person collaboration 3-5 days per month. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, law, or related field. Preferred 2 years’ experience in incentives, state taxes, or incentive compliance.
