2026 50th Annual Conference
Exhibitor Program 

The 2026 Annual Conference Exhibitor opportunity is centered on a single, high-visibility experience: the Hawaiian Vendor Market, held in the Crystal Lounge during Monday registration and opening sessions.  Exhibitors may begin engaging with attendees starting at 10:00 am when registration opens, with the vendor market officially open from 12:30 to 5:00pm. This extended presence provides exhibitors with meaningful access to attendees during one of the conference’s highest traffic periods. Attendees and their guests will be invited to browse locally-made Hawaiian goods while connecting with exhibitors in a lively, welcoming environment designed to encourage meaningful connections.

Date:  Monday, June 22, 2026, from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Location: Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, Honolulu, Hawaii
Exhibit Fee: $4,000 for a 6-foot draped tabletop with two chairs, positioned next to a local vendor
