All candidates must bring a financial calculator, e.g. an HP12C, to the CMI exam. Candidates will be expected to be familiar with and understand the operation of their calculator for present value calculations, including time value of money and cash flow calculations.
Applications are now being accepted for our 2021 CMI-Property Tax Exams. Potential Candidates are encouraged to plan ahead to avoid missing the (firm) application deadline and thus the opportunity to sit for the exam. Please review the
