Hotel Reservations in IPT Block/Rate -- Due to popular demand, the $359 rate is currently sold out.  The next available rate of $389 per night, plus taxes and a reduced daily resort fee of $30 is still available.  Additional upgraded rooms are available at below-market rates, subject to availability. 

Thanks to a generous contribution from Ryan, LLC, to help reduce registration costs for corporate/industry IPT members, and a matching grant from IPT, the first 250 corporate/industry IPT members to register for the Conference can benefit from a lower registration fee of $395. Corporate/industry members may complete this form to register at a special rate of $395.

IPT Cancellation Fee Policy for Schools and Programs
Any registrant of an IPT school or program, i.e., symposium or annual conference, will be assessed a $200 cancellation fee if canceling a paid registration prior to two weeks before the commencement of that school or program.  This fee will be deducted from any refund due the registrant.  If canceling a registration less than two weeks before the start of a school or program, registrant will forgo the full registration fee and will not be entitled to any refund.

For the 2026 Annual Conference, the cancellation fee is $295 before January 31, 2026 and $395 after this date.  Any cancellation after May 22, 2026 will result in full forfeiture of the registration fee.

Private IPT Luau (Not Part of Your Registration Fee)

Join us Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at the Hilton Hawaiian Village for a private luau celebrating IPT’s 50th Anniversary. Open exclusively to registered IPT attendees and their guests, this special evening features Hawaiian cuisine, live entertainment, and stunning views.

Thanks to the generous support of IPT sponsors, tickets are heavily subsidized and available for just $125 per person. 

Guest Registration

Conference attendees are invited to bring guests to two evening receptions ($175) and the IPT Private Luau ($125). Guests are also welcome to join IPT tours and excursions by paying the applicable activity fee. 

Optional Tours
           

IPT is arranging optional tours for conference attendees on Sunday, June 21st, and Monday, June 22nd, before the conference begins.  More details on these activities will be available in mid–October.   IPT will also host a festive Father’s Day Social Event on Sunday afternoon.

Pearl Harbor Tour 7 am • 11:30 am $70 per person This includes narrated transportation to the Pearl Harbor Visitors Center œGuide will take the group into the center and provide way finding œUSS Arizona Memorial œAttack Gallery œRoad to War Museum œHonolulu City Sightseeing Tour on the drive back to the hotel. For those that would like to tour the USS Missouri, they may secure their own tickets and return transportation. Kualoa Ranch 2 Hour Deluxe UTV Tour
2 hour Deluxe UTV Tour 8:45 am • 3:15 pm $265 per person Kualoa’s open-air, multi-passenger UTV Raptor vehicles are a great way to enjoy the experience with friends and family! On this guided tour, each Raptor can hold up to 6 people. Your guide will lead you deep into scenic valleys and remote areas, often rambling through dirt roads, dusty trails, and crossing seasonal streams. See the valleys where over 200 Hollywood Movies and TV shows have been filmed over the past 75 years. IMPORTANT TO NOTE œ Get ready for a DUSTY & DIRTY adventure ! Tours go out rain or shine, so we recommend checking the weather and bringing a change of clothes if necessary. œ Minimum driver age is 21 years old. Kualoa Ranch Movie Site & Ranch Tour
Movie Sites & Ranch Tour 8:45 am • 3:15 pm $170 per person Experience the famous Ka’a’awa Valley, known as Hollywood’s “Hawaii Backlot,” where over 200 Hollywood movies and TV shows have been filmed since the 1950’s. Hop aboard and see where the Finding ´Ohana scavenger hunt was filmed, the boneyard from Kong Skull Island, the Jumanji dance-fight area, the ATV hill from Mike & Dave, Godzilla’s massive footprints, and several other filming locations! You will also learn about Hawaiian culture, ranch history & agriculture, and stop at a historical WWII army bunker, built entirely into the side of the mountain range. There you’ll find posters, props & memorabilia from movies, and TV shows filmed at Kualoa through the years, as well as some cool WWII artifacts and exhibits.
