Senior Associate, Workforce Strategy and Economic Development (New York, New York) - Specialty:  Credits and Incentives. Works directly with and reports to the Associate Director of Workforce Strategy and Economic Development (office of COO) to support the team with the pursuit and compliance of economic incentives.  The Senior Associate will be responsible for compiling, reviewing, analyzing data elements necessary to report and comply with Cognizant's economic incentive portfolio.  This includes monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.  As necessary, this role will also provide support for overall team initiatives and responsibilities. Activities: Assist with incentive compliance reporting. Assess current reporting process and upgrade and streamline where possible. Compile data in a manner that is professional, can be presented and understood by an audience with a varying range of incentive knowledge. Analyze data, draw conclusions and recommend solutions to either internal/external stakeholders. Ability to research economic development incentive programs. Advance Excel knowledge. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Tableau, and other applications. Desire to learn new internal systems and tools. Efficient, self-starter, Ability to work on a team.
