2019 Annual Conference Registration Form

Online Registration

Your registration fee to IPT 2019 Annual Conference includes the following:
Usual Conference expenses (meeting rooms, audio visual, wifi, etc.)
Pre-session Monday through Wednesday continental breakfasts
Monday and Tuesday luncheons
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday refreshment breaks
Sunday and Monday receptions
Tuesday evening Star Wars Theme Party
Conference materials
Over 60 sessions and presentations from which to choose
Approximately fourteen (16.8) CPE credits (including 1.2 IPT ethics credit hours) are available for full attendance Monday through Wednesday, CPE credits have been granted based on a 50-minute hour.

All spouses/social guests are charged additional fees.

Admission to all social functions and sessions is by display of badge (tickets when applicable).

IPT Member Early Registration before May 24, 2019 is $695; $745 after May 24, 2019 and $795 for onsite registration
IPT Non-Member Early Registration before May 24, 2019 is $1195; $1245 after May 24, 2019 and $1295 for onsite registration

Payment Policy
No registrations will be processed without payment and are subject to the payment due date and cancellation fees. All fees must be in U.S. funds. The following credit cards may be used: American Express, VISA and MasterCard. In order for credit cards to be processed, it is important that the information requested on the registration form be filled out completely. If the address on your registration form differs from the billing address for your credit card, you must provide IPT with the credit card billing address.

Cancellation Policy:  There is a cancellation charge of $100. Any registration that is not cancelled in writing prior to the June 15, 2018 cut-off date is subject to the entire Conference fee. All requests for refunds must be in writing. Please email Toby Miller at for any cancellations. No refunds for cancellations will be given after June 14, 2019 (5:00 pm EDT).

*Please note that IPT Conferees who have not paid their membership dues for 2019 will not be granted the reduced registration fee.  To apply for or renew membership, please visit the membership section of the IPT website.

**This fee is available for spouse/guest to attend social events.  All guest must have a ticket (provided upon registration) to attend these events. 

If you would like to become a member of IPT & attend the conference, which makes you eligible for the lower registration fee, please click Become a Member. There are two types of memberships which includes Corporate and Consultant.  Membership applications are available on IPT’s website. 

New Members and 1st Time Attendees
: New members and 1st time attendees are encouraged to attend the IPT New Member Welcome Session on Sunday from 5:00 to 5:30 PM. The IPT President and Conference Chair will give a brief overview of IPT and introduce you to senior IPT members in attendance. There will be an opportunity for casual one-on-one interaction with senior members to ask them questions about their IPT experiences, the agenda of the program or, if you are interested, volunteer opportunities within IPT. We encourage networking at this session and throughout the program - IPT is your organization.

Annual Conference Objective
The Institute is an organization that promotes professional certification, education, ethical practices, and discussion of issues of mutual concern with other tax professionals. IPT does, however, prohibit the solicitation of business at Institute functions.

Everyone who registers for an IPT program will receive a confirmation email confirming their registration.
