Description: The Southern update will discuss recent developments in sales and use tax in the southern states, including Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Tennessee. The webinar will include legislative updates, department rulings, and court cases. Specific topics will include nexus updates, new exemptions, notable cases, and state positions on digital goods.
